Dr Imran Badshah
MBBS, FRACP
Dr Imran Badshah grew up in Pakistan, graduating from the Khyber Medical College in Peshawar. He undertook further training in New Zealand and Australia and went on to complete advanced training in diabetes and endocrinology at the Sir Charles Gairdner and Fiona Stanley Hospitals in Perth.
Imran has worked as a Clinical Trials Investigator at the University of Western Australia. He has published a number of research papers in the field of diabetes and endocrinology.
Imran is a specialist endocrinologist. He currently consults at Illawarra Medical Centre on all aspects of endocrinology, including:
- Diabetes;
- Pituitary disorders;
- Thyroid and Parathyroid disorders;
- Adrenal disorders;
- Osteoporosis;
- Testosterone related disorders;
- Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS); and
- Endocrine disorders in pregnancy and gestational diabetes.
Imran is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians (FRACP).
