Originally from Sydney, Frank moved to Perth to undertake his Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Western Australia. He also holds at Bachelor of Biomedical Science.

Prior to becoming a GP, Frank worked as a researcher in a virology research laboratory and spent time at Fiona Stanley Hospital, gaining experience in Emergency medicine and surgery.

Frank has a particular interest in complex chronic disease and surgery.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys spending time with his young son and doing a bit of woodwork.
